Zespół Elektrowni „Pątnów-Adamów-Konin” S.A. ("Company") attaches notification on the acquisition of a significant block of shares in Company, submitted to the Company by Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU SA on the basis of article 69 section 1 point 1 Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies.
Legal basis: Art. 70 point 1 of the Act of Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading.
