Information on persons appointed to the Management Board of ZE PAK S.A.

Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni „Pątnów-Adamów-Konin” S.A. („Company”) supplementing current report 26/2015 issued on 2nd October 2015 with additional information regarding appointed Management Board members of the Company informs that:
- Mr. Janusz Kaliszyk, appointed at position of President of the Management Board, does not conduct activity competitive to that of the Company, nor is he involved in any competitive company as a partner in a civil law company or partnership or as a member of a corporate body of a capital company, nor does he participate in another competitive legal person as a member of its corporate body. Moreover, he is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the provisions of the National Court Register Act.
- Mrs. Aneta Lato-Żuchowska, appointed at position of Vice-President of the Management Board, does not conduct activity competitive to that of the Company, nor is he involved in any competitive company as a partner in a civil law company or partnership or as a member of a corporate body of a capital company, nor does he participate in another competitive legal person as a member of its corporate body. Moreover, he is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the provisions of the National Court Register Act.
- Mr. Adrian Kaźmierczak, appointed at position of Vice-President of the Management Board, does not conduct activity competitive to that of the Company, nor is he involved in any competitive company as a partner in a civil law company or partnership or as a member of a corporate body of a capital company, nor does he participate in another competitive legal person as a member of its corporate body. Moreover, he is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the provisions of the National Court Register Act.
- Mr. Tomasz Zadroga, appointed at position of Vice-President of the Management Board, does not conduct activity competitive to that of the Company, nor is he involved in any competitive company as a partner in a civil law company or partnership or as a member of a corporate body of a capital company, nor does he participate in another competitive legal person as a member of its corporate body. Moreover, he is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the provisions of the National Court Register Act.
CVs of appointed Management Board members, including information about education background, qualification and occupied previously positions, together with description of professional career are enclosed to this report.
