Zespół Elektrowni „Pątnów-Adamów-Konin” S.A. ("Company") attaches notification on the disposal of shares in Company, submitted to the Company on December 11, 2013 by ING Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny [ING Open Pension Fund] based on Article 69 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2009 No. 185, item 1439).
