Changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board of ZE PAK SA

Content of the report:
The Management Board of ZE PAK SA ("Company") announces that, further to Current Report No. 5/2026 of February 12, 2026, the Extraordinary General Meeting of ZE PAK SA, adopted a resolution to appoint Mr. Daniel Kaczorowski to the Company’s Supervisory Board.
The resolution on the appointment came into force upon its adoption.
The Curriculum Vitae of Mr. Daniel Kaczorowski containing information on his education, qualifications and previously held positions, together with a description of his professional career, constitute an appendix to this report.
Mr. Daniel Kaczorowski does not conduct activities that are competitive to the Company’s operations. He also does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil law partnership, partnership, capital company and do not participate in a competitive legal entity as a member of its body. He is also not entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
Legal basis: § 5 sec. 6 and § 11 of the Finance Minister’s Regulation of June 6, 2025 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
