Relating to the current report no. 13/2024 dated June 24, 2024, ZE PAK SA provides in the attachment the Curriculum Vitae of persons appointed as members of the Management Board of ZE PAK SA of the 8th term, containing information about education, qualifications and positions held previously, including the description of professional career.
Legal basis: § 5 point 5 and § 10 of the Finance Minister’s Regulation of 29 March 2018 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
