Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni „Pątnów-Adamów-Konin” SA („Company”) hereby presents in the attachment a notification regarding significant blocks of shares, submitted to the Company by Lartiq Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych SA pursuant to art. 69 item 1 point 2) in relation to art. 87 item 1 point 2) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public offering and conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organized trading, and on public companies (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 623).
