Zespół Elektrowni "Pątnów-Adamów-Konin" SA ("Company") hereby presents in the attachment a notification regarding the disposal of a significant block of shares submitted by Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych PZU Spółka Akcyjna pursuant to art. 69 par. 1 point 2) and art. 87 par. 1 point 2) letter a) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public offering and conditions governing the introduction of financial instruments to organized trading, and on public companies (unified text: Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1639), which the Company received on December 12th.
