On September 23, 2020, ZE PAK SA concluded a contract with the consortium of two companies - ESOLEO Sp. z o.o. (a company related to Cyfrowy Polsat Group) and Przedsiębiorstwo Remontowe PAK SERWIS Sp. z o.o. (a subsidiary of ZE PAK SA) for the construction of the largest photovoltaic farm in Poland with a capacity of 70 MWp.
It will be built on an area of 100 hectares in Brudzew commune, where Adamów opencast lignite mine previously operated. The value of the signed contract is PLN 163.8 million net.
The terms of the described transaction are market-based and the company has made appropriate economic and business analyzes to confirm that.
The conclusion of the contract is in line with the policy of just energy transformation and is a rational response to the increasingly difficult conditions for the operation of conventional energy.
