Deadlines for publishing perodic reports in the financial year 2017 and the consolidated report on payments to public administraction

Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni “Pątnów-Adamów-Konin" S.A. ("the Company") announces to the public the dates of publishing perodic reports in the financial year 2017:
1. Standalone and consolidated annual report for 2016 – 21 March 2017
2. Consolidated quarterly report for the 1st quarter of 2017 – 15 May 2017
3. Consolidated half-year report for the 1st half of 2017 – 31 August 2017
4. Consolidated quarterly report for the 3rd quarter of 2017 – 14 November 2017.
At the same time, the Company states that:
- pursuant to § 83 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent ("the Regulation"), the Company will not publish separate independent quarterly reports, consequently the consolidated quarterly reports will include quarterly financial information,
- pursuant to § 83 section 3 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish separate mid-year report, and consequently the consolidated mid-year report will include the condensed mid-year financial statement along with the report of entity authorized to audit financial statements, as well as condensed additional information.
- pursuant to § 101 section 2 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish consolidated quarterly report for the second and last quarter of 2017.
- pursuant to § 101 section 10a of the Regulation consolidated statement of payments to public administration will be published 21 March 2017.
