Zespół Elektrowni „Pątnów-Adamów-Konin” S.A. ("Company") attaches notification on the acquisition of a significant block of shares in Company, submitted to the Company by Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych PZU SA on the basis of article 69 section 1 item 1) and article 87 section 1 item 2) letter a) Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies, submitted to the Company on today.
Legal basis: Art. 70 point 1 of the Act of Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading.
