Correction of the current report no. 25/2016: Changes in ZE PAK S.A. Management Board

Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni Pątnów-Adamów-Konin S.A. ("Company") informs, that in current report no. 25/2016 there was omitted the phrase "The Supervisory Board thanked Mr. Aleksander Grad for the work done in the Company, which resulted in a significant increase in the value of the Company."

Zespół Elektrowni "Pątnów-Adamów-Konin" S.A. ("Company") informs that on 17 June 2016 Mr. Aleksander Grad, due to his new professional plans, he resigned as President and member of the Management Board. The Supervisory Board thanked Mr. Aleksander Grad for the work done in the Company, which resulted in a significant increase in the value of the Company.
In view of the situation, the Supervisory Board has started the procedure for selection of a new President of the Board. Until the completion of this procedure, the Supervisory Board appointed managing the work of the Board Mr. Adam Kłapszta Vice-President of the Management Board, who since 17 June 2016 the acting President of the Board.
Mr. Adam Kłapszta is Vice-President of the Management Board since 8 April 2016.
CV of Mr. Adam Kłapszta containing information about his education, qualifications and previous positions, along with a description of work and information of no conducting business that is competitive to the Company by Mr. Adam Kłapszta, as well as information whether Mr. Adam Kłapszta is inscribed in register of insolvent debtors are in the current report No. 13/2016 of 8 April 2016 on the appointment of Mr. Adam Kłapszta for Vice President.
