Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni "Pątnów-Adamów-Konin" S.A. ("the Company") informs that on 31 May 2016 the Supervisory Board of the Company, acting based on § 20 section 2 item 6 of the Company's Articles of Association, selected the company Ernst & Young Audyt Polska spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k. as an entity authorized to audit the financial report of the Company and the consolidated financial report of the group, whose the parent entity is the Company, for the year ending 31 December 2016. Within the conducted works, the selected entity is also supposed to review the interim condeensed financial report of the Company and of the interim condensed consolidated financial report of the group, whose parent company is the Company, for the 1st half of 2016.
The Supervisory Board, in relation to the selection of Ernst & Young Audyt Polska spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k., provided its consent to concluding a contract by the Company with the company Ernst & Young Audyt Polska spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k. for the audit of the financial report for the year ending 31 December 2016. The Supervisory Board selected the entity authorized to audit the financial reports in compliance with applicable law and standards.
Ernst & Young Audyt Polska spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k. is seated at Rondo ONZ 1, 00-124 Warsaw. Ernst & Young Audyt Polska spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k. was entered to the list of entities authorized to examine financial reports under number 130.
The Company engaged Ernst & Young Audyt Polska spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k. to audit separated an consolidated financial reports in the years from 2002 to 2015 and to review financial reports for the first six month of years from 2002 to 2015.
Legal Basis: § 5 Section 1 Item 19 of the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on 19 February 2009 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
