Appointment of a new board member

Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni „Pątnów-Adamów-Konin” S.A. („Company”) informs that on 30th October 2015 the Supervisory Board of ZE PAK S.A. adopted a resolution on appointment of Mr. Zygmunt Artwik to the Management Board and its appointment to the Vice President. The resolution came into force upon adoption.
CV of Mr. Zygmunt Artwik, including information about education background, qualification and occupied previously positions, together with description of professional career are enclosed to this report. Mr. Zygmunt Artwik does not conduct activity competitive to that of the Company, nor is he involved in any competitive company as a partner in a civil law company or partnership or as a member of a corporate body of a capital company, nor does he participate in another competitive legal person as a member of its corporate body. Moreover, he is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the provisions of the National Court Register Act.
Legal basis: § 5 section 1 item 22 and § 28 of the Finance Minister’s Regulation of 19 February 2009 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
