Changes in the Management Board and Supervisory Board of ZE PAK S.A.

Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni „Pątnów-Adamów-Konin” S.A. („Company”) informs that on 2nd October 2015 the Supervisory Board of ZE PAK S.A. adopted a resolution on dismissal from the Management Board of the Company the following persons:
•Mrs. Katarzyna Muszkat occuupying position of the President of the Management Board,
•Mrs. Anna Striżyk occuupying position of the Vice-President of the Management Board,
•Mr. Piotra Jarosza occuupying position of the Vice-President of the Management Board.
Mr. Sławomir Sykucki is not the member of the Management Board of the Company anymore as he resigned from the position of Vice-President of the Management Board with effect from 2nd October 2015.
At the same time the Supervisory Board of the Company at the meeting on 2nd October 2015 appointed to the Management Board of the company following persons:
•Mr. Janusz Kaliszyk for the position of the President of the Management Board,
•Mrs. Aneta Lato-Żuchowska for the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board,
•Mr. Adrian Kaźmierczak for the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board,
•Mr. Tomasz Zadroga for the position of the Vice-President of the Management Board.
Resolutions on appointment became effective upon its adoption.
Before the adoption of the resolution on appointment of the Management Board Mr. Tomasz Zadroga made a statement about the resignation from the membership in the Supervisory Board with immediate effect.
Information on persons appointed to the Management Board according to Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009. On current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state, will be submitted by the Company in a separate current report at a later date.
Legal basis: § 5 section 1 item 21 and 22 of the Finance Minister’s Regulation of 19 February 2009 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
