Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni „Pątnów-Adamów-Konin” S.A. ("Company") attaches notification on transfer of shares of the Company into IPOPEMA 116 Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych and also change of share in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company, submitted to the Company on 22 September 2015 by Argumenol Investment Company Limited based on Article 69 section 1 point 2) of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2013 item 1382 with further changes).
