Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni „Pątnów-Adamów-Konin” S.A. (The "Company") announces that the shareholders who were present at the Ordinary General Meeting ("OGM of the Company") on 29 June 2015, held 25 258 260 votes.
The shareholders who held at least 5% of votes at the OGM of the Company on 29 June 2015 were the following:
- ARGUMENOL INVESTMENT COMPANY LIMITED holding 15 919 504 votes, which represented 63.0% of the votes at the OGM of the Company and 31.3% of total votes;
- TRIGON XIX FIZ holding 4 992 270 votes, which represented 19.8% of the votes at the OGM of the Company and 9.8% of total votes;
- OTWARTY FUNDUSZ EMERYTALNY PZU "ZŁOTA JESIEŃ" holding 2 489 000 votes, which represented 9.9% of the votes at the OGM of the Company and 4.9% of total votes.
The total number of shares issued by the Company and total number of votes conferred by the shares is 50 823 547.
