Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni „Pątnów-Adamów-Konin” S.A. ("Company") attaches notification on contribution of shares of the Company into Trigon XIX Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty and change of share of investment funds governed by Trigon Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. („Fund”) in the total number of votes at the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company, submitted to the Company on 5 June 2015 by Fund based on Article 69 section 1 point 1) in connection with Article 87 section 1 point 2 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2013 item 1382 with further changes).
