Correction of the current report no 2/2015: Deadlines for publishing periodic reports in the financial year 2015 and statement on intended regular submission of quarterly consolidated reports.

Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni “Pątnów-Adamów-Konin" S.A. ("the Company") informs that in current report no 2/2015 published on 14 January 2015 due to misprint there was incorrect indication that Company will not present quarterly reports for the 4th quarter of 2013 and for the 2nd quarter of 2013 instead of correct information that Company will not present quarterly reports for the 4th quarter of 2014 and for the 2nd quarter of 2015.
In connection with mentioned above the Company presents correction of the current report no 2/2015.
There was:
„-pursuant to § 102 section 1 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish consolidated quarterly report for the 4th quarter of 2013.,
- pursuant to § 101 section 2 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish consolidated quarterly report for the 2nd quarter of 2014.”
Should be:
„-pursuant to § 102 section 1 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish consolidated quarterly report for the 4th quarter of 2014,
-pursuant to § 101 section 2 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish consolidated quarterly report for the 2nd quarter of 2015.”
The Company presents full content of the report after correction:
Zespół Elektrowni “Pątnów-Adamów-Konin" S.A. ("the Company") announces to the public the dates of publishing periodical reports in the financial year 2015:
1. Standalone and consolidated annual report for 2014 – 20 March 2015
2. Consolidated quarterly report for the 1st quarter of 2015 – 14 May 2015
3. Standalone and consolidated report for the 1st half of 2015 – 27 August 2015
4. Consolidated quarterly report for the 3rd quarter of 2015 – 13 November 2015.
At the same time, the Company states that:
- pursuant to § 83 section 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent ("the Regulation"), the Company will not publish separate independent quarterly reports, consequently the consolidated quarterly reports will include quarterly financial information,
- pursuant to § 102 section 1 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish consolidated quarterly report for the 4th quarter of 2014.,
- pursuant to § 101 section 2 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish consolidated quarterly report for the 2nd quarter of 2015.
