Notification on transaction in securities

Art. 160 section 4 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments - information on transactions by persons having access to inside information
Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni Pątnów-Adamów-Konin S.A. ("the Company") informs that on 28 January 2015, the Company received a notice, on the basis of Article 160, passage 1, item 2 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on trading in financial instruments, from which it can be concluded that a person closely related to a Member of the Company's Management Board made, on 12 May 2014 at Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. ("Warsaw Stock Exchange"), sales transaction of 50 Company’s shares at the price of 22,50 PLN per one share, following the procedure of ordinary session transactions on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
The transaction value did not exceed 5 000 EUR.
The notifying party applied for secrecy of personal data, referring to the content of § 3 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 15 November 2005 on transferring and making available information about certain transactions involving financial instruments, as well as the principles of preparing and keeping the list of people with access to specific inside information.
Legal basis: Art. 160 section 4 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments.
