Appointment of a new member of the ZE PAK S.A. Management Board

Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni "Pątnów-Adamów-Konin" S.A. ("the Company") informs that, on 2 December 2014, the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution on appointment Mr. Sławomir Sykucki to the Management Board and granting him position of Vice President of the Management Board. The resolution comes into force as at the day of adoption.
CV of Mr. Sławomir Sykucki containing information about education background, qualifications and positions previously held together with description of work experience is attached to this report. Mr. Sławomir Sykucki neither conducts any form of activities competitive towards Company, nor does he participate in a competitive company, as a partner in a civil law partnership, as a partner in a partnership or as a member of body of a corporation, nor does he participate in other competitive legal person as a body member. He is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, kept by virtue of the National Court Register.
