Zespół Elektrowni „Pątnów-Adamów-Konin” S.A. ("Company") attaches notification on the disposal of shares in Company, submitted to the Company on 6 November 2013 by ING Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny based on Article 69 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies.
