Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni "Pątnów-Adamów-Konin" S.A. ("the Company") informs that on 28 August 2014 in publication of consolidated report for I half of 2014 the Company by the mistake enclosed file with interim condensed consolidated financial report for 6 months ended 30 June 2013 instead of file with interim condensed consolidated financial report for 6 months ended 30 June 2014.
Publication of report containing enclosed file with interim condensed consolidated financial report for the period of 6 months ended 30 June 2014 will take place today.
Legal basis: § 6 section 4 of the Finance Minister’s Regulation of 19 February 2009 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
