Annex to material contract conclusion

Contents of the report:
With reference to the current report no. 23/2013, informing on conclusion of material contract concerning a "turnkey" modernization of Boiler K1 and Boiler K2 at the Pątnów Power Plant along with construction of NOX emission reduction system for these boilers ("the Contract") and current report no. 12/2014 informing on conclusion of annex no. 1 to the Contract, Zespół Elektrowni „Pątnów-Adamów-Konin” S.A. („Company”) informs, that on 8 July 2014 there was annex no 2 to the Contract concluded („Annex”). Annex was concluded between Company and Przedsiębiorstwo Investycyjno – Remontowe Energetyki i Przemysłu "Remak-Rozruch" S.A. and Przedsiębiorstwo Remontowe "PAK Serwis" Sp. z o.o. (subsidiary of the Company), acting as consortium (referred to as the "Contractor").
According to Annex the range of the Contractor's work on the boiler K2 is extended. Extension covers implementation of additional work, the execution of which became necessary after the completion of the dismantling stage of the boiler.
In connection with the extension of range of the Contractor's work on the boiler K2 the net Contract value is also higher by 39,9 m PLN. Current net Contract value is:
1) for boiler K-1 – PLN 224 430 000,00
2) for boiler K-2 – PLN 226 470 000,00.
The total net Contract value for boiler K-1 and boiler K-2 is now PLN 450 900 000,00.
By order of the Annex, the parties also extended the deadline for takeover K2 boiler into operation. Previous date of 28 February 2015, is now replaced on 22 December 2015.
Other material terms of the Agreement remain unchanged.
