Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni „Pątnów-Adamów-Konin” S.A. (The "Company") announces that the shareholders who were present at the Ordinary General Meeting ("OGM of the Company") on 25 June 2014, held 35.252.412 votes.
- POLSAT MEDIA B.V. holding 20 195 076 votes, which represented 57,29% of the votes at the OGM of the Company and 39,73% of total votes;
- ING Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny holding 5 500 000 votes, which represented 15,6% of the votes at the OGM of the Company and 10,82% of total votes;
- ANOKYMMA LIMITED holding 3 483 208 votes, which represented 9,88% of the votes at the OGM of the Company and 6,85% of total votes;
- EMBUD Sp. z o.o. holding 2 326 023 votes, which represented 6,6% of the votes at the OGM of the Company and 4,58% of total votes;
- Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU „Złota Jesień” holding 2 268 000 votes, which represented 6,43% of the votes at the OGM of the Company and 4,46% of total votes;
The total number of shares issued by the Company and total number of votes conferred by the shares is 50 823 547.
