Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni „Pątnów-Adamów-Konin” S.A. (The "Issuer") announces that on 1 June 2014, the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of the Issuer's subsidiary, PAK Centrum Usług Informatycznych Sp. z o.o., with registered office in Konin at ul. Kazimierska 45, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Poznań – Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, IX Commercial Division of the National Court Register, Company Number (KRS) 0000258604 (the "Company") adopted a resolution No. 126 on the termination of the Company with liquidation.
The Issuer announces that pursuant to resolution No. 127 of the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 1 June 2014, Ms Agnieszka Hopke was appointed a liquidator of the Company.
The resolutions, mentioned above, entered into force on the day of signing.
The liquidation of the Company is a result of changes of the Issuer's organisational structure, within the framework of which an organisational unit, which will perform the tasks in the area of the existing activities of the Company, i.e. in particular, manage the ICT assets, software and licenses, and organize and carry out telecommunications services for companies of the Capital Group of the Issuer.
