Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni „Pątnów-Adamów-Konin” S.A. (The "Issuer") announces that on 1 June 2014, the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of the Issuer's subsidiary, PAK Centrum Badań Jakości Sp. z o.o., with registered office in Konin at ul. Przemysłowa 158, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Poznań – Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, IX Commercial Division of the National Court Register, Company Number (KRS) 0000293182 (the "Company") adopted a resolution No. 110 on the termination of the Company with liquidation.
The Issuer announces that pursuant to resolution No. 111 of the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 1 June 2014, Ms Grażyna Gębarowska was appointed a liquidator of the Company.
The resolutions, mentioned above, entered into force on the day of signing.
The liquidation of the Company is a result of changes of the Issuer's organisational structure, within the framework of which an organisational unit, which will perform the tasks in the area of the existing activities of the Company, i.e. execute, in particular, the physico-chemical studies and control of the chemical parameters of technological processes of individual power plants of the Issuer's Capital Group, was developed.
