Notification on transaction in securities
Legal basis:
Art. 160 section 4 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments - information on transactions by persons having access to inside information
Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni Pątnów-Adamów-Konin S.A. ("the Company") informs that on 30 January 2014, the Company received a notice, on the basis of Article 160, passage 1, item 2 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on trading in financial instruments, from which it can be concluded that a person closely related to a Member of the Company's Board of Directors made, at Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. ("Warsaw Stock Exchange"), sales transaction in shares of the Company, following the procedure of ordinary session transactions on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
The transactions took place on:
- 20.03.2013 – sales of 100 shares at the price of 30.00 PLN per one share,
- 25.06.2013 – sales of 50 shares at the price of 27.25 PLN per one share.
The transaction value did not exceed 5 000 EUR.
The notifying party applied for secrecy of personal data, referring to the content of § 3 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of November 15, 2005 on transferring and making available information about certain transactions involving financial instruments, as well as the principles of preparing and keeping the list of people with access to specific inside information.
Legal basis: Art. 160 section 4 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments.
