List of shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Zespół Elektrowni Pątnów-Adamów-Konin S.A. on 7 November 2013

Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni „Pątnów-Adamów-Konin” S.A. (The "Company") announces that the shareholders who were present at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM of the Company") on 7 November 2013, held 27.436.060 votes.
The shareholders who held at least 5% of votes at the EGM of the Company on 7 November 2013 were the following:
- POLSAT MEDIA B.V. holding 20,195,076 votes, which represented 73,61% of the votes at the EGM of the Company and 39.73% of total votes;
- EMBUD SP. Z O.O. holding 5,809,231 votes, which represented 21,17% of the votes at the EGM of the Company and 11.43% of total votes.
The total number of shares issued by the Company and total number of votes conferred by the shares is 50,823,547.
Legal basis: Article 70 point 3 of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies.
