Consolidated text of the Company’s Articles of Association

Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni “Pątnów-Adamów-Konin” S.A. (“Company”) hereby informs that on 26 September 2013 the Company’s Supervisory Board adopted a resolution on developing of a consolidated text of the Company’s Articles of Association, which includes the currently adopted and recorded amendments of the Company’s Articles of Association, including the decrease of the Company’s initial capital as well as the amendment of § 5(1) of the Articles of Association, the recording of which was notified by the Company in the current report no. 14/2013. The consolidated text of the Company’s Articles of Association is enclosed to this report.
Legal basis: § 38 section 1 item 2 b) of the Finance Minister’s Regulation of 19 February 2009 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
