Appointment of Management Board for a new term

Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni "Pątnów-Adamów-Konin" S.A. ("the Company") informs that, on 27 June 2013, the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution on appointment to the Management Board for a new term:
- Mrs. Katarzyna Muszkat for a position of President of the Management Board. CV of Mrs. Katarzyna Muszkat containing information about education background, qualifications and positions previously held together with description of work experience is attached to this report. Mrs. Katarzyna Muszkat neither conducts any form of activities competitive towards Company, nor does she participate in a competitive company, as a partner in a civil law partnership, as a partner in a partnership or as a member of body of a corporation, nor does she participate in other competitive legal person as a body member. She is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, kept by virtue of the National Court Register.
- Mrs. Anna Striżyk for a position of Vice President of the Management Board. CV of Mrs. Anna Striżyk containing information about education background, qualifications and positions previously held together with description of work experience is attached to this report. Mrs. Anna Striżyk neither conducts any form of activities competitive towards Company, nor does she participate in a competitive company, as a partner in a civil law partnership, as a partner in a partnership or as a member of body of a corporation, nor does she participate in other competitive legal person as a body member. She is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, kept by virtue of the National Court Register.
- Mr. Piotr Jarosz for a position of Vice President of the Management Board. CV of Mr. Piotr Jarosz containing information about education background, qualifications and positions previously held together with description of work experience is attached to this report. Mr. Piotr Jarosz neither conducts any form of activities competitive towards Company, nor does he participate in a competitive company, as a partner in a civil law partnership, as a partner in a partnership or as a member of body of a corporation, nor does he participate in other competitive legal person as a body member. He is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, kept by virtue of the National Court Register.
Legal basis: § 5 section 1 item 22 of the Finance Minister’s Regulation of 19 February 2009 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
