List of shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of Zespół Elektrowni Pątnów-Adamów-Konin S.A. on 26 June 2013

Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni „Pątnów-Adamów-Konin” S.A. (The "Company") announces that the shareholders who were present at the Ordinary General Meeting ("OGM of the Company") on 26 June 2013, held 32,215,607 votes.
The shareholders who held at least 5% of votes at the OGM of the Company on 26 June 2013 were the following:
- POLSAT MEDIA B.V. holding 20,195,076 votes, which represented 62.69% of the votes at the OGM of the Company and 39.73% of total votes;
- ING OTWARTY FUNDUSZ EMERYTALNY holding 6,000,000 votes, which represented 18.62% of the votes at the OGM of the Company and 11.81% of total votes;
- EMBUD SP. Z O.O. holding 5,809,231 votes, which represented 18.03% of the votes at the OGM of the Company and 11.43% of total votes.
The total number of shares issued by the Company and total number of votes conferred by the shares is 50,823,547.
