Contents of the report:
In connection with the final settlement of costs associated with the initial public offering of shares, Zespół Elektrowni Pątnów-Adamów-Konin S.A. (“Company”) hereby supplements the information on the initial public offering (“IPO”) of the Company’s shares presented in Report No. 11/2012 of November 8th, 2012.
12) Specification of total costs classified as costs incurred in connection with the IPO, indicating the amounts broken down by specific types of costs:
Total costs incurred in connection with the IPO: 10 084,772,96 zł. (without taking into account any costs incurred by the State Treasury) broken down into the following cost groups:
a) preparation and conduct of the IPO: 1 050 414,06 zł.,
b) underwriters’ fee: 0 zł,
c) preparation of the issue prospectus, taking into account the costs of consulting: 8 199 691,89 zł.,
d) promotion of the IPO: 834 667,01 zł.
Indication of the method of settlement applied in the Company’s accounting ledgers to the costs presented in item 12: the IPO costs are recognized as costs of the period.
Indication of the method of capturing the above costs in the Company’s financial statements: the above costs are charged to the financial result of the period.
13) Average cost of sale per share covered by the sale: The IPO cost per share was 0,39 zł. This amount does not take into account any costs incurred by the State Treasury.
Legal Basis: § 33 Section 1 of the Regulation issued by the Finance Minister on 19 February 2009 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
