Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni Pątnów-Adamów-Konin S.A. ("the Company") informs that the appendix to the current report No. 5/2013 of 22 February 2013 contains a wrong summary of the results of the voting on Resolution No. 8 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Zespół Elektrowni Pątnów-Adamów-Konin Spółka Akcyjna, based in Konin, of 21 February 2013 on: the break in the General Meeting.
The following was stated: The number of shares in relation to which valid votes were cast is 32,689,620. The percentage share of these shares in share capital is 62.83%. The total number of valid votes is 32,689,620, of which 32,689,620 votes were cast "for", 0 "against" and 0 votes "abstained".
The following should be stated: The number of shares in relation to which valid votes were cast is 32,689,620. Percentage share of these shares in share capital is 62.83%. The total number of valid votes is 32,689,620, of which 32,200,867 votes were cast "for ", 0 "against" and 488,753 votes "abstained".
The Company attaches to this report a correct content of the appendix with the resolutions adopted by the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company on 21 February 2013 to announcement of the break in the General Meeting.
Legal basis: § 6 Section 2 in connection with § 38 Section 1 Item 7 of the Finance Minister’s Regulation of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information transmitted by securities issuers and conditions for acknowledgment of equivalence of information required by legal regulations of a non-member state.
