List of shareholders holding at least 5% of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Zespół Elektrowni Pątnów-Adamów-Konin S.A. on 21 February 2013

Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni „Pątnów-Adamów-Konin” S.A. (The "Company") announces that the shareholders who were present at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM of the Company"), held on 21 February 2013, held 32,689,620 votes. The shareholders who held at least 5% of votes at the EGM of the Company on 21 February 2013 were the following:
- POLSAT MEDIA B.V. holding 20,195,076 votes, which represented 61.78% of the votes at the EGM of the Company and 38.82% of total votes;
- ING OTWARTY FUNDUSZ EMERYTALNY holding 6,000,000 votes, which represented 18.35% of the votes at the EGM of the Company and 11.53% of total votes;
- EMBUD SP. Z O.O. holding 5,809,231 votes, which represented 17.77% of the votes at the EGM of the Company and 11.17% of total votes.
The total number of shares issued by the Company and total number of votes conferred by the shares is 52,026,000.
