Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni „Pątnów-Adamów-Konin” S.A. (The "Company") announces that on 21 February 2013, the Company received the following statements from:
- Mr Andrzej Mazurek, the Secretary of the Supervisory Board to resign from his position as a member of the Supervisory Board on 21 February 2013 in connection with changes made to the shareholder structure of the Company;
- Mr Marian Eger, a Member of the Supervisory Board to resign from his position as a member of the Supervisory Board on 21 February 2013 in connection with changes made to the shareholder structure of the Company;
- Mr Ireneusz Gołebiak, a Member of the Supervisory Board to resign from his position as a member of the Supervisory Board on 21 February 2013 in connection with changes made to the shareholder structure of the Company;
- Mr Tomasz Klapsa, a Member of the Supervisory Board to resign from his position as a member of the Supervisory Board on 21 February 2013 in connection with changes made to the shareholder structure of the Company;
Legal basis: § 5 section 1 item 21 of the Finance Minister’s Regulation of 19 February 2009 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
