Notification on transaction in securities
Legal basis:
Art. 160 section 4 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments - information on transactions by persons having access to inside information
Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni Pątnów-Adamów-Konin S.A. ("the Company") informs that on January 30, 2013 the Company received a notification, from which it can be concluded that a person closely related to a Member of the Company's Management Board purchased, on October 26, 2012 200 of the Company's shares at the average price of PLN 26.20 zł per share. The shares were purchased under the Initial Public Offering on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The transaction value did not exceed EUR 5,000.
The notifying party applied for secrecy of personal data, referring to the content of § 3 section 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of November 15, 2005 on transferring and making available information about certain transactions involving financial instruments, as well as the principles of preparing and keeping the list of people with access to specific inside information.
Legal basis: Art. 160 section 4 of the Act of July 29, 2005 on Trading in Financial Instruments.
