Deadlines for publishing periodic reports in the financial year 2012 and statement on intended regular submission of quarterly consolidated reports

Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni „Pątnów-Adamów-Konin” S.A. ("Company") informs that the consolidated report for the third quarter 2012 will be published on November 14, 2012.
Also, based on § 83 section 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 concerning current and periodical information submitted by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as equivalent to information required by the laws of a state which is not a member state (Journal of Laws of 2009 No. 33 item 259 as amended) the Company represents that it will not publish quarterly separate reports, thus the quarterly consolidated reports will contain quarterly financial information.
