Zespół Elektrowni „Pątnów-Adamów-Konin” S.A. ("Company") attaches notification on the acquisition of a large block of shares, submitted to the Company on November 2, 2012 by ING Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny [Open Pension Fund] based on Article 69 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2009 No. 185, item 1439).
