Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni „Pątnów-Adamów-Konin” S.A. ("Company") attaches notification on the change of share of the State Treasury of the Republic of Poland in general number of votes during General Shareholders Meeting , provided to the Company by the State Treasury of the Republic of Poland on November 2, 2012 based on Article 69 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2009 No. 185, item 1439).
Legal basis: Article 70 point 1 of the Act of Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies.
