Zespół Elektrowni „Pątnów-Adamów-Konin” S.A. ("Company") informs that on October 26, 2012 an application was submitted to Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. (Warsaw Stock Exchange) for admission and introduction of 52,026,000 shares of the Company (at par value of PLN 2 each) to trading on the main market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange, including series A1 40,020,000 shares and series B1 12,006,000 shares.
