Contents of the report:
Zespół Elektrowni „Pątnów-Adamów-Konin” S.A. ("Company") informs that on October 26, 2012 the Company received a Notice from the Operations Department of Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. pursuant to which, on October 29, 2012, 26,013,000 Company shares coded PLZEPAK00012 will be registered, under resolution of the Management Board of the National Depository for Securities of October 23, 2012 No. 788/12, which registration was reported by the Company in Current Report no. 4/2012.
The Company also informs that the Management Board of the National Depository for Securities, by resolution of October 26, 2012 No. 801/12, decided to assimilate, on October 29, 2012, 3,901,950 (three million nine hundred one thousand and nine hundred fifty) Company shares coded PLZEPAK00020 with 22,111,050 (twenty two million one hundred eleven thousand and fifty) Company shares coded PLZEPAK00012. The assimilated shares shall be coded PLZEPAK00012.
Legal basis: § 34 section 1 point 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 concerning current and periodical information submitted by issuers of securities and on conditions under which such information may be recognized as equivalent to information required by the laws of a state which is not a member state.
