Zespół Elektrowni „Pątnów-Adamów-Konin” S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") hereby informs that on October 17, 2012 the Company declared participation in the Electronic Information Transfer System (EITS). Therefore as of that day the Company started transferring information through the EITS in accordance with the requirements included in the applicable law.
Legal basis: § 11 section 1 of the Electronic Information Transfer System (EITS) Terms and Conditions of Use.
