Registration of changes to the Articles of Association of ZE PAK SA

Content of the report:
The Management Board of ZE PAK SA ("Company") hereby announces that it has been informed that the District Court for Poznań – Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 9th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, on September 10, 2026, registered amendments to the Company's Articles of Association, adopted by the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of ZE PAK SA on June 17, 2026, consisting in updating the Polish Classification of Activities (PKD) and adopting a consolidated text of the Company's Articles of Association.
The Ordinary General Meeting of ZE PAK SA, acting pursuant to Article 430 § 5 of the Commercial Companies Code, authorized the Company's Supervisory Board to establish the consolidated text of the amended Company's Articles of Association, taking into account the change made under the Resolution No. 30 of the Ordinary General Meeting dated June 17, 2026.
The consolidated text of the Company's Articles of Association adopted by Resolution of the Company's Supervisory Board No. 69/2026/IX dated June 30, 2026 constitutes an appendix to this report.
Legal basis: § 5 point 1) and § 6 of the Finance Minister’s Regulation of June 6, 2025 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
