Content of the report:
The Management Board of ZE PAK SA (“Company”) hereby announces that on 10 September 2026 the Company received a letter from Solkomtel Foundation, with its registered office in Ruggell, Liechtenstein, the entity controlling the Company within the meaning of International Financial Reporting Standards, with a statement of the Solorz-Żak family.
The Company hereby discloses to the public the content of both received documents, attached to this current report.
