Resignation of a Member of the Management Board of ZE PAK SA

Content of the report:
The Management Board of ZE PAK SA („Company”) hereby announces that on July 24, 2026, the Company received the resignation of Mr. Zygmunt Artwik from the position of Member of the Management Board of the Company, effective at the end of July 24, 2026. In the submitted statement, Mr. Zygmunt Artwik indicated that the reason for his resignation was retirement.
Legal basis: § 5 point 5 and § 10 of the Finance Minister’s Regulation of June 6, 2025 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
