Appointment to the Management Board of ZE PAK SA and election of the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board of ZE PAK SA

Content of the report:
The Management Board of ZE PAK SA (“Company”) hereby announces that on March 16, 2026, the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution on the appointment of Mr. Bartłomiej Drywa to the Management Board of ZE PAK SA, as of March 16, 2026, entrusting him with the position of Vice President of the Management Board of ZE PAK SA.
The Curriculum Vitae of Mr. Bartłomiej Drywa, containing information on his education, qualifications and previously held positions, together with a description of his professional career, constitute an appendix to this report.
Mr. Bartłomiej Drywa does not conduct activities that are competitive to the Company’s operations. He also does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil law partnership, partnership, capital company and do not participate in a competitive legal entity as a member of its body. He is also not entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
At the same time, the Company announces that the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board of ZE PAK SA, at the meeting held on March 16, 2026, acting under §25 section 4 of the Regulations of the Supervisory Board of ZE PAK SA, adopted a resolution on the election of Ms. Beata Jakacka-Sitek as the Chairwoman of the Audit Committee.
Legal basis: § 5 sec. 6 and § 11 of the Finance Minister’s Regulation of June 6, 2025 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
