Nomination of a candidate on the Supervisory Board

Content of the report:
ZE PAK SA ("Company") announces that on January 26, 2026, the Company received a letter from Argumenol Investment Company Limited, nominating Mr. Daniel Kaczorowski for a position of a Member on the Company's Supervisory Board. The nomination concerns the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting convened for February 11, 2026, which includes changes to the Company's Supervisory Board.
The Company attaches the nomination along with the justification for nominating the candidate.

§ 20 sec. 1 point 4) of the Finance Minister’s Regulation of 6 June 2025 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
