Deadlines for publishing periodic reports in the financial year 2026

Content of the report:
ZE PAK SA („Company”) announces the dates of publication of periodic reports in the financial year 2026:
1. Standalone and consolidated annual report for 2025 – 28 April 2026
2. Consolidated report on payments to public administration in the financial year 2025 – 28 April 2026
3. Consolidated quarterly report for the 1st quarter of 2026 – 29 May 2026
4. Consolidated semi-annual report for the 1st half of – 25 September 2026
5. Consolidated quarterly report for the 3rd quarter of 2026 – 27 November 2026
Simultaneously, the Company states that:
- pursuant to § 63 sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent ("the Regulation"), the Company will not publish independent quarterly reports, consequently the consolidated quarterly reports will include quarterly financial information,
- pursuant to § 63 sec. 3 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish standalone semi-annual report, and consequently the consolidated semi-annual report will include the condensed semi-annual financial statement along with the report of entity authorized to audit financial statements, as well as condensed additional information,
- pursuant to § 63 sec. 6 of the Regulation, the Company will prepare the management board's report on the activities as well as the statements in the form of one document,
- pursuant to § 83 sec. 2 of the Regulation, the Company will not publish consolidated quarterly report for second and last quarter of 2026.
