Change in the position of President of the Management Board of ZE PAK SA

Content of the report:
The Management Board of ZE PAK S.A. (the "Company") announces that on December 29, 2025, the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution appointing Mr. Piotr Żak as President of the Management Board of ZE PAK SA, effective at December 29, 2025.
Simultaneously, the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted a resolution appointing Mr. Andrzej Janiszowski, the current President of the Management Board of the Company, as Vice President of the Management Board of ZE PAK S.A., effective at December 29, 2025.
Biographical note
Piotr Żak has served as President of the Management Board of Telewizja Polsat since January 2024 and President of the Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat since December 2025.
He graduated with a degree in economics from London and is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw.
Since 2014, he has run a business in Poland, focusing on building and supporting start-up ventures. His activities have focused on the modern technology sector, particularly on creating and developing innovative projects leveraging the potential of online and traditional media, online entertainment, and data transmission in services and products for individual and business customers.
From March 2016 to July 2024, he served on the Supervisory Board of Telewizja Polsat Sp. z o.o., and since January 2024, he has served as President of the Management Board of that company. In June 2018, he was appointed to the Supervisory Board of Cyfrowy Polsat SA, the parent company of the Polsat Plus Group, where he served as Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board from June 2023 to July 2024.
From 2018 to 2024, he served on the Supervisory Board of Netia SA, one of Poland's largest telecommunications operators, and from 2019 to 2024 on the Supervisory Board of Polkomtel Sp. z o.o., the operator of the Plus network. From 2020 to 2025, he was a member of the Supervisory Boards of Asseco Poland SA and Mobiem Polska Sp. z o.o.. Since November 2020, he has served on the Supervisory Board of the Interia.pl Group Sp. z o.o., and from 2023 to 2025, he held supervisory positions in companies from the Interia.pl Group and Liberty Poland. From 2021 to 2025, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of Asseco Cloud Sp. z o.o., and from 2021 to 2024, he held supervisory positions in selected special purpose vehicles of Port Praski Sp. z o.o. From 2022 to 2024, he served on the Supervisory Board of ZE PAK SA, and from 2023 to 2024 on the supervisory boards of InterPhone Service, PAK-Polska Czysta Energia, and selected special purpose vehicles belonging to PAK-PCE.
Piotr Żak does not conduct any business competitive to Cyfrowy Polsat SA and is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained by the registry court.
