Content of the report:
The Management Board of ZE PAK SA (“Company”) hereby announces that on December 29, 2025, the Company received the resignation of Mr. Sławomir Zakrzewski from the position of Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company for personal reasons, with immediate effect.
Legal basis: § 5 point 5 and § 10 of the Finance Minister’s Regulation of June 6, 2025 on the Current and Periodic Information Transmitted by Securities Issuers and the Conditions for Recognizing the Information Required by the Regulations of a Non-Member State as Equivalent.
